Meet The Author

Pam is a resident of Baltimore, Maryland. She has a BFA from The University of Dayton in Ohio, and an MA from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. She is a product of the Catholic school system, having graduated from Baltimore, Catholic elementary and high schools. 

Pam's volunteer work began when she was in high school, and spans decades. Early in her career she taught art, coached athletics, and worked with the mentally & physically challenged. More recently she was active in her local community as an auxiliary police officer, a volunteer firefighter and as a natural resource reserve officer.

We are excited to feature Pam as our 2023 inaugural author, and look forward to her memoir, Shattered Dreams: A Three Pronged Injustice getting the recognition it deserves, as it offers a glimpse into what is happening across the US in law enforcement, the courts and guardianship.
